Wild and Free Collection will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original transaction excluding hats and headbands. (Returns: Online Store Credit to use toward a new purchase)
We only accept unworn products in new condition. Any merchandise considered worn or damaged upon return may not receive a store Credit.
- Contact us with reason for return, is the product damaged in any way, unworn with original tags?
- Wild and Free Collection will contact you with the return address
- Wild & Free Collection must receive the product back within 14 days, RETURNS MUST HAVE TRACKED SHIPPING
- When Wild & Free Collection receives returned product it will be inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the return and of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If approved an online store credit will be sent in the email
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
No returns (store credits) or exchanges on custom orders
If you need to exchange a product for the same item within 14 days from the original transaction please contact us. (Excludes hats or headbands)
Once we receive the original item, an email notification will be sent to you.
If returned item is in new condition and unworn a replacement item will be sent out
SHIPPING ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit for a return, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount.
Wild and Free Collection is not responsible for shipping/handling or additional charges for returned items. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to Wild and Free Collection for a return or exchange, you must use a trackable shipping service.
Most orders are shipping out within 1-3 business days of ordering. If we are out of stock or extra time is required to process your order we will email you as soon as possible.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with our customers to make this right. For USA orders that wish to have insured packages please choose Priority Shipping.
We check all orders carefully before shipping products out but we cannot be responsible for incorrect information such as addresses or credit card entries.
